In celebration of Black History Month and The BOLD Academy, Drs. Melita Walker and Eryca Neville, along with Chrystal Graves, are sponsoring TEDxWalnutStreet and exploring what it means to “Foster Inclusive Communities”. Members of our local community, such as Mayor Barbara Buffaloe and local Columbia broadcast host and small business owner Adonica Coleman, photographer and social justice activist Valerie Berta, singer/songwriter and leader of Soul Sessions, J. Artiz, University of Missouri-Columbia law professor, S. David Mitchell, and other local leaders will come together to explore what it means to foster inclusive communities.
